Junior Executive / Executive – Customer Resolutions Management
JOB ROLE
- Ensure all customer complaints and requests are resolved and actioned within TAT and service guidelines.
- Handle to finality the customer issues referred and proactively escalate/coordinate with other divisions.
- Respond to customer queries through non voice and digital channels whilst ensuring quality and in line with defined Mobitel standards.
- Proactively escalate customer feedback and suggestions for product/service enhancements and improvement.
- Enhance customer relations and maintain a high standard of service during customer interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should have passed GCE A/L’s and possess a diploma in General Management.
- Experience in the field of Contact Center /Customer Resolutions will be an added advantage.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Be service oriented, organized and attuned to problem solving.
- Good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to multi-task and be attuned to provide quick resolutions.
