MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
JOB PROFILE
- Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and dispatch of goods
- Learn and support the implementation of warehouse layout designs, racking systems, and material handling processes
- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Gain exposure to inventory control procedures including stock counting, reconciliation, and loss prevention
- Support compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in the planning and coordination of product distribution across multiple regions of the country
- Assist in route planning, vehicle scheduling, and load optimization to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation costs
- Collaborate with 3PL service providers and internal teams to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for performance improvement
- Contribute to contingency planning for disruptions in transportation and supply chain operations
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,, or a related field
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and travel across regions as needed
- High level of commitment, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
