Job description
The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of Rocell showrooms throughout the island. Their duties involve managing sales and inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supervising and leading the showroom team.
Competencies and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management or Professional Qualification in SLIM / CIM (Partly/ Fully)
- A dynamic and result-oriented individual.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- 5 years of exemplary track record in Sales Management, Store Management, and Merchandising.
- Willing to exert extra effort to achieve objectives
- Be below 35 years of age.
