Job Role
- Greet customers upon entry, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate overall showroom maintenance to uphold its pristine appearance.
- Support a positive showroom culture and embody company values.
- Provide timely and clear communication with customers and team members.
- Maintain sample catalogues and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Rotate showroom sample panels every six months to keep displays fresh.
- Monitor and oversee the cleanliness of the showroom and its surroundings.
- Update leads generated in the showroom and transfer them to the CRM team.
- Collect payments daily and hand them over to the finance department.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for any necessary repairs to showroom samples.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, demonstrating dedication to ongoing education and professional development.
- Previous experience in Showroom coordination or similar role preferred.
- Professional qualification from SLIM highly desirable.
- Previous experience in ERP System
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and fluency in English and Sinhala languages.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
