ER OFFICER
Ansell Textiles Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive ER Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic work environment and make a significant impact on employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Enhancing operational stability (Cadre fulfillment, Absenteeism, Labor Turn Over)
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
- Handle grievance procedures and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Monitor and improve employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Professional Qualification in HRM
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
