• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years in staff welfare, hostel administration, or facilities management, preferably in a hospital or corporate setting.
• Oversee staff accommodation, allocate rooms, ensure cleanliness, safety, and resolve grievances related to hostel facilities.
• Address employee concerns related to hostel living conditions, ensure a comfortable and secure environment, and maintain records of hostel occupancy.
• Ensure hostels meet health, safety, and security standards, coordinating with maintenance teams for necessary repairs or improvements.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee concerns and ensure smooth hostel operations.
