Our Expectations

A Graduate/Undergraduate in Marketing/Business Management/Accounting/Commerce and/or Mathematics, from a recognized University.
Be an Associate Member/Passed Finalist from a recognized professional organization.
2 years of previous working experience in any field will be a value-added advantage.
A self-motivated individual with sound numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.
Be prepared to undergo training and have the flexibility of working at any Branch Location should business needs arise.
Strong leadership competencies, which showcase abilities, attitudes, and behavior needed to meet challenging business needs.
Fluent in Tamil and English/Sinhala
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally with debate team experience.
Be less than 25 years of age.

Your Rewards
