Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainees to join our People & Culture department. The successful candidate will assist in various Culture Development activities with a focus on employee engagement, training, and aligning staff with company values.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support training programs for employees across all locations.
- Assist in developing and implementing Culture initiatives aligned with company values.
- Support onboarding processes to align staff with the company culture.
- Help drive employee engagement and CSR initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on Culture-related topics.
- Ensure alignment of staff with the company’s purpose and values.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka.
- Ability to conduct training programs.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays for training sessions.
- A passion for aligning employees with company values and purpose.
