We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented individual to fill the following position immediately

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Assist in coordinating training programs and maintaining training records.
• Assist in creating HR reports or presentations as needed.
• Support other HR-related activities, such as performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Diploma or any other professional qualification in HRM.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Age between 25-30.
• Very good knowledge in MS office package.
• Good communication skills
• Positive work attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
• Preferably a male candidate.
• Living in close proximity to Colombo.
