MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our Agro team as a Management Trainee, with a focus on supporting operations and contributing to the advancement and growth of the division.

What you will lead:

• Plan, create, and manager content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns focused on agricultural products and services.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
• Execution of agro-based digital promotions, product launches, and awareness initiatives.
• Conduct digital market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning & stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the agro industry.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital presence in the agriculture sector.

What you will bring:

• A Degree in Agriculture or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• A minimum of one year of experience in digital media is required, and a formal qualification in digital media
  will be considered a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
