As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for passionate and committed individuals to join us as Customer Care Assistants across our island-wide Showrooms & Factory Outlets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Passed G.C.E. O/L with 6 subjects in one attempt.
- G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 02 years of relevant work experience
- Completed or currently following a professional qualification (CIM/SLIM) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Sinhala / Tamil with a basic conversational knowledge of English
- Basic Computer awareness in MS Office including MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Pleasant communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute positively to the work environment
- Applicants should be residents of the area where the showroom or factory outlet is situated
