- Junior Fashion Designer Job Vacancies
Key Roles
- Help develop ideas for the brand’s collections with the design team.
- Organize and update design documents and materials for easy access.
- Work with different teams to meet design deadlines.
- Look at sales data to find out what products are popular and not.
- Keep track of colors, fabrics, and trims needed for designs.
- Research trends and create inspiration boards for designs.
- Learn about fashion trends and what competitors are doing.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Fashion Designing / Clothing Technology or completed Diploma in Fashion Design
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capability (Experience in basic pattern making would be an advantage)
- Strong written & verbal communications skills in English and Sinhala are required.
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment independently.
- Highly organized, strong analytical and numerical skills
- Extensive etiquette in Computer
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
