We are a leading Tea Export Company in Sri Lanka in business for over 35 years and market our own Branded Teas in over 40 countries, spanning all continents.
We also offer a total tea solution to International Clients by packing private label brands and supplying tea in bulk. We are an ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP certified Company.
IT Assistant
Requirements
- Age between 22 and 27 years.
- A Degree or Diploma in hardware and networking/computing from a recognized institute.
- Possess at least 2 years experience in windows environment.
- Prior working experience in ERP (Infor SyteLine) system is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to Maintain Servers, Network, VPN, Fire wall (Fortigate), Applications systems and network peripherals.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain operating systems, databases and other application.
- A knowledge in computer hardware (Laptops, Desktops & Printers) and software is essential. A knowledge in Android Devices.
- A knowledge in office 365 (Share Point, Power Automate & etc) is preferred.
- Knowledge in Windows server, AD, DNS and DHCP
- Fast learner, Team player as well as ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a “CAN DO ATTITUDE”
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.
Work location is Wattala/Kadana and the selected candidates should be able to travel daily to work.
