Intern – Insurance Operations
JOB PROFILE
- Assist in processing Health and Life Claims efficiently and accurately. Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Provide feedback and updates to the Management on claim-related matters.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, partners, and all other stakeholders
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (spoken & written).
- Communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Passed the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
- Reading for or completed a Degree/Diploma from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
