HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the entire employee life cycle
Conduct, coordinate and plan employee engagement activities and also develop a talent pipeline / talent pool through L&D
Implement systems and programs in the areas of administration and HR functions, and perform other duties as delegated by the Management

Prerequisites:

A minimum 05 years’ experience in Human Resources, previous experience in down south hospitality industry will be an added advantage
A degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized university / Institute Willingness to travel between properties as needed
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
