MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – HUMAN RESOURCES – NAWINNA
We invite applications from candidates who are confident of meeting our expectations while possessing the following basic requirements, to be selected as Management Trainees.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
A degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University.

If candidate with an academic background of Psychology, International Relation / Public Relation would be an added advantage.

Desire to learn and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Organizing and planning skills with the ability to work independently and target oriented.

Good personality and perseverance to ensure the deliverables whilst demonstrating interdependent skills.

Characteristics and behavior needed to meet the challenges in Business.

A high performer with an outgoing personality.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Be a good team player.
Candidates below 25 years of age with a passion for a challenging career who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
Selected applicants will be trained for a period of one year and will be paid an attractive allowance during the training period. Upon successful completion of the training period, the applicants will be appointed to a suitable position based on their performance and company cadre requirement.
