We are looking for Human Resource Manager to join and lead our Resources. The prospective candidates should meet the following requirements,

In depth understanding of HR management and its link to business strategy, -Ability to work with a variety of different people with varying backgrounds,
Ability to deal with conflicts and work with parties to find appropriate solutions using mediation & conciliation,
A Degree or full professional qualification in the area of human resource management,
Possess minimum 05 (Five) years of working experience in the field of HRM and at least 03 (Three)
years out of the same should be at a managerial level in a reputed organization,
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills,
Computer literacy and ability to work in a computerized environment,
Excellent communication skills including listening, negotiation, presentation & writing and
Candidates should be preferably around 40 (Forty) years.
