Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Administration or equivalent.
- Part qualification in a professional body like CIPM will be an added advantage.
- Ability to operate independently.
- Flexibility in working hours on a need basis to be able to achieve deadlines.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in MS Office packages.
- Possess a good command of English and a positive approach towards working as a team.
- Preferred candidates around Horana/Ingiriya area.
- Preferred for candidates who can be immediately recruited.
