The selected candidate will be responsible

• Support to the HR functions and events of the plant.
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Ensuring to meet the deadlines, keeping records and comply with all statutory and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain good relationship with all employees and external parties.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge in Excel, MS office packages, Power BI and Data analytics.
• Communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work long hours.
• Understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
• Capable of identifying requirements to deliver above responsibilities independently.
