KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop & implement effective recruitment strategies Source & attract candidates through various channels
- Maintain a strong employer brand & positive candidate experience
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Support for functions of Human resource & administration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should have followed a diploma in HRM or professional qualification of the relevant field from reputed professional body
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role for 3 years •Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes
- Excellent communication in Sinhala & English
- Sound knowledge in MS Excel
- Age below 35 years
