INTERN-HUMAN RESOURCES (WATTALA)
JOB PROFILE
- Assist in the talent attraction and onboarding process.
- Support employer branding initiatives by helping create content and participating in the development of branding strategies.
- Engage in career fairs, campus connect activities and other recruitment related events to strengthen talent
pipelines. - Assist in onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist with other areas of the employee life cycle.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An undergraduate pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized
university or institute. - A dynamic, go getter individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
- A proactive and eager to learn mindset with a strong passion for HR and people related functions.
- Ability to use Photoshop, Canva and Al based content creation tools for employer branding and communication
activities will be an added Advantage.
