ASSISTANT MANAGER – OPERATIONS (THALAWATHUGODA)
JOB PROFILE
- Assist to oversee the overall operations of the hospital, developing and implementing processes to ensure safety, security and the highest quality of service for customers.
- Ensure effective management of operations, including housekeeping, security, transport and other support
teams. - Identify customer needs proactively and translate feedback into actionable plans to improve the customer experience across the hospital.
- Address any public concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally mitigating potential reputational risks and ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in operations in healthcare, aviation, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams in service driven environments.
- Adaptable and empathetic, with a flexible approach to working hours and proven ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong commitment to understand and fulfill customer needs.
