Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual of high integrity to join our team as Food & Beverage Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional qualifications, a solid work ethic, and exceptional communication skills.
Reporting directly to the Manager- Airport Restaurant, Lounges & Transit Hotel, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity in the restaurants, lounges.
- Handle VIP/ VVIP movements and Special Events / Functions.
- Obtain guest feedback from each shift, and action on the feedback / complaints with recommendations for improvements
- Monitor cleanliness of the lounges, Vanilla Pod and Restaurants .Ensure breakages are kept to a minimum and maintain records.
- Assist the Manager Airport Restaurant to maintain and improve standards regarding Customer Service.
- Ensure that wastage is kept to a minimum at the lounges.
- Train and develop staff and handle administrative functions pertaining to them.
- Monitor staff grooming and handle their grievances.
- Responsible for achieving the financial targets assigned by Manager Airport Restaurants.
Requirements
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) with Full or Part Professional Qualification with 6 years’ experience in the relevant field.
- OR
- 6 passes at GCE O/Ls including passes for English and Mathematics with 6 years’ experience in the relevant field.
