EXECUTIVE – SURGICAL DEPARTMENT

Lanka Hospitals, a leading private healthcare provider in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and results- oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Surgical Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational and administrative functions of the Surgical Department.
• Coordinate with surgeons, nursing staff, and other medical professionals to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Manage surgical schedules, patient appointments, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Assist in inventory management of surgical equipment and supplies.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.
• Support budget planning and cost control within the department

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree, diploma or related professional qualification in Business Administration, Sales Management, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales/marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth in a healthcare environment.
• Superior relationship-building and negotiation skills
