CONTACT CENTRE ASSOCIATE
We are looking for dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Contact Center Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced environment while contributing to SLT’s journey towards automation and next-generation customer experience.
Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with six subjects in not more than two sittings with four credit passes including Sinhala / Tamil and English Language with an ordinary pass in Mathematics.
AND - Passed two subjects in G.C.E. (A/L) or London A/L.
- Must possess excellent oral communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English. Proficiency in at least two languages is mandatory (Sinhala & English, Tamil & English, or Sinhala & Tamil), while ability to communicate in all three languages will be considered an added advantage.
- A high level of computer literacy is mandatory. A Credit pass in ICT at G.C.E. (O/L) or a Pass in ICT at G.C.E. (A/L) will be considered a distinct advantage.
The Offers /Conditions
- The appointment will be on contract basis for two years period.
- Selected candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration package.
- Applicants must be willing to work on shift duties, including night shifts.
- The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years.
