Call Center Agent

We are in search of young, energetic, and dedicated candidates to fill the position of Call Center Agent for our call center operations of The Lanka Hospitals.

Ideal candidate should have the following:

• Passed G.C.E. O/L with English and following a diploma level qualification.
• Willing to work for extended hours.
• Previous experience in Call Centre Operations or Customer Care is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
• Be computer literate (Ability to handle Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Those who reside near Colombo and suburbs are preferred.
