Key Responsibilities
- Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned to branch.
- Enhancing the customer portfolios and branch profitability by building mutually benefited partnerships with individuals, institutions and corporate customers.
- Monitoring branch’s loan book recoveries and carry out timely following up on due payments.
- Ensure smooth functioning of branch administration/operation and adhere to procedures and controls. Achieving business targets of the branch with implementation of proper strategies.
- Motivate and guide branch staff to achieve overall objectives.
- Ability to capitalize on outstanding networking skills to grow up business.
Key Requirements
- Degree or any professional & academic qualifications in a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the managerial or equivalent position at banking or financial institution.
- Ability to pursue and achieve set performance targets in a challenging environment.
- Knowledge in all aspects related to branch management, excellent customer service, regulatory requirements, leasing and financing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills.
