Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned to branch.
Enhancing the customer portfolios and branch profitability by building mutually benefited partnerships with individuals, institutions and corporate customers.
Monitoring branch’s loan book recoveries and carry out timely following up on due payments.
Ensure smooth functioning of branch administration/operation and adhere to procedures and controls. Achieving business targets of the branch with implementation of proper strategies.
Motivate and guide branch staff to achieve overall objectives.
Ability to capitalize on outstanding networking skills to grow up business.

Degree or any professional & academic qualifications in a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the managerial or equivalent position at banking or financial institution.
Ability to pursue and achieve set performance targets in a challenging environment.
Knowledge in all aspects related to branch management, excellent customer service, regulatory requirements, leasing and financing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages.
Good interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills.
