Assistant Finance Manager

Abans Environmental Services (Pvt) Ltd, a part of Abans group of companies, is a well-established and diversified business entity in the field of Facility Management Services and Environmental Services. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and result oriented young individual to join our growing team of professionals as an Assistant Finance Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Support the Finance Manager with Treasury Management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
Oversee and guide junior finance staff on daily operations and tasks.
Review and enhance financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

REQUIREMENTS

Members of a recognized professional Accounting Body such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred, but finalists with good track record may also be considered.
MBA or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business will be considered as an added qualification
Minimum of total 05 years of experience (Including training required for Memberships) in accounting or finance for Members of a recognized professional Accounting Body or Minimum of 08 years for others.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in ERP Systems (Especially Oracle or SAP) and hands on experience in System Migration is considered an asset.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
