ASSISTANT ACCOUNTAN

JOB PROFILE:

• Preparation of Monthly /Quarterly/Annual Financial Statements.
• Statutory compliance on all taxes related to the Company.
• Coordination of Internal & External Audits of the Company.
• System approval of AP invoices in the Accounting system.
• Assistance for Co’s Annual Budgets/Forecasts.
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be partly qualified in ICASL or similar accounting body.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance Management would be an advantage.
• Should be very sound in all technical aspects of Accounting standards, best practices & Corporate Taxes.
• Should have a minimum of 03 year’s working experience in a similar capacity and experience in an Audit Firm would be an advantage.
• Exposure in an ERP system & preferably in Oracle would be an added advantage.
• Excellent computer literate with ability to work in a fully computerized working environment, preferably on MS Office packages.
• Should possess a good command of English, both oral and written.
• Should be a person with high interpersonal skills, a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.
• Ability to meet the Group timelines & must be target oriented.
• Should be able to work in any other finance related function to support the team.
• Should be below 35 years of age.
