We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure.

Role Requirements:

• Support the maintenance of the Portfollo Risk Management process.
• Within the Bank’s overall Risk Management Framework, maintain an appropriate risk-based approach to assessing, measuring, monitoring and reporting risk within Business efficiency with focus on MI/ Analytics
• Impacting or governing risk governance and control.
• Coordination of ERMC/ IRMC/ Board meeting feeds from departments and preparation of monthly credit risk related disclosures and reports for ERMC & IRMC meetings.
• Assist in preparing the ICAAP risk assessment document.
• Monitoring the Banks Tolerance Limits as per IRMF on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate and/ or monitor the delinquent portfolio with BUS, Recoveries department and Branches.
• Conduct hindsight reviews on Retail lending products, support post disbursement assessments of credit sanctioning, forensic reviews and watch listing process on the specialized segments.
• Perform periodic monitoring and analyses of portfolio performance for retail products for identifica- tion of shifts in portfolio risk profile.
• Assist in reviewing the on-boarded company’s performance by BU and ongoing assessment of risk profile.
• Conduct Level 2 reviews of reconciliations performed by other departments

The Candidate Profile:

• Possess minimum 6 years of experience in banking / financial Industry with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Officer or equivalent capacity.
• Should be qualified either in BSC, CIMA or Banking.
• Knowledge and understanding in strong analytical and problem-solving capability, able to use both
  quantitative and qualitative tools for problem solving and decision making.
• Understanding of credit cycle and basic knowledge of lending products.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging environment Independently with minimal
  supervision strictly within laid down guidelines.
• Exposure to CBSL reporting guidelines would be an added advantage.
