The company is looking for a young individual with potential and ambition, capable of contributing towards Company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone sales inquiries and update the system.
- Log the inquiries branch-wise in the system and monitor action taken by respective branches.
- Respond to customer queries received through IVR.
Requirements
- Completed G.C.E. (Advanced Level).
- Strong communication skills in Tamil & English are mandatory.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous work experience would be an added advantage.
School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
