JOB PROFILE:
- Reaching out to prospective customers of the market segment.
- Selling retail products using the value proposition.
- Ability to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintaining strong business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Achieve given sales targets.
REQUIREMENT:
- Age between 23 – 32 years.
- 2 years of sales experience in Retail, Premier Banking (in High Net worth proposition), Consumer Banking, SME and Trade will be considered as an added advantage.
- G.C.E. (A/L) passed in any stream.
- Certificate / Diploma from a recognized Institution is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, language proficiency, negotiation, interpersonal skills and Tech savvy.
- Smart and outgoing personality with a passion for sales who hold a valid riding license.
Successful candidates will be recruited on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) and will be provided with an attractive remuneration and an incentive package, commensurate with benchmarked financial institutions.
Exceptional performers with the right attitude will be considered for permanent placement within the SDB bank Permanent Cadre.
