RELATIONSHIP OFFICER – TISSAMAHARAMA BRANCH
You should ideally:
- possess part / full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- possess approximately 06-08 years of relevant experience in branch banking, with mandatory exposure to credit
- possess sound knowledge of financial statement analysis
- be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- possess excellent negotiation skills
You will be mainly responsible for:
- identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- providing personalized financial advice and recommending suitable banking products and services.
- ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and effective solutions.
- monitoring portfolio performance, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve client issues.
- participating in business development activities and staying updated on market trends.
