Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers
- Maintain accurate records of recovery actions
- Collect overdue amounts within set timelines
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly recovery reports
- Escalate high-risk or non-responsive cases when necessary
Who We Are Looking For
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Prior experience in credit recovery, collections, or field recovery will be an added advantage
- G.C.E. O/L qualification (preferably with 5 credits) or G.C.E. A/L qualification (3 passes)
- Professional qualifications in Credit Management, Banking, or related fields will be an advantage
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply
