Chief Transformation Officer
Job Role:
- Lead the company’s transformation efforts, including planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring change initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies and processes to adapt to the evolving life insurance market.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to contribute ideas for improving processes and services.
- Define performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change programs at departmental and individual levels.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Build strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and increase market penetration.
- Drive the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment across all departments with organizational goals.
- Lead research and development (R&D) initiatives to identify industry trends, new business opportunities, and product innovations.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Demonstrate the ability to assess complex situations, develop actionable strategies, and implement plans with a comprehensive, systems-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, particularly in analyzing financial data and identifying growth opportunities in life insurance.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead teams to embrace innovation and change.
- A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification, along with a recognized professional certification such as CFA, ACCA, CIMA, ACII or similar.
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience in the finance/insurance sector, with at least 5 years in senior management.
