Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL), a well-established Financial Institution and a subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon is looking for dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team for the following post.

FIXED DEPOSITS & SAVINGS OFFICERS

For our Island wide Branch

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the FD process.
• Ensure documentation process and accuracy of the transactions, payments are made on time.
• Manage Customer complaints effectively.
• Deliver Excellent customer service.
• Achievement of assigned monthly targets.

Education and Experience:

• G.C.E (O/L) Examination with 3 years experience OR
• G.C.E (A/L) Examination with 3 passes with 2 year experience.
• Part qualification in Banking, Marketing, Credit Management is an added advantage
• Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of both Sinhala and English Languages

Remuneration:

• Performance based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on the qualifications and experience

Maximum age limit is 35 years
