Attributes and Qualifications

• Age should be below 35 years
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Collection and Recovery
• Full or part qualification in credit, recoveries or a relevant marketing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Possess good presentation skills
• Excellent communication skill in Sinhala, English & Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in computerized office environment.
• Should have a valid riding license.
