Job Profile:

• Handle Teller functions/Accounts Opening/Customer service counters
• Handle customer inquiries and promote cross-selling
• Accountable for cash and other financial instruments held under custody
• Maintain bank records/documents in line with the laid down policies and procedures
• Achieve assigned operational and business goals
• Participate in Marketing campaigns conducted by the branch

Candidate Criteria:

• Possession of part qualification in Banking will be advantageous
• Should have passed a minimum of 03 subjects at the Intermediate level of Banking at IBSL
• Minimum 02 – 03years of work experience in Branch Operations in a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution
• Possess excellent business language skills coupled with good computer literacy
• An outgoing personality with strong customer service mindset
