Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of a compliance plan.
- Assist in conducting compliance reviews on periodic financial reporting to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
- Assist in the investigations of compliance violations.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory updates and changes.
- Assist in preparation of compliance related policies and procedures.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Part or Fully completed professional education on CIMA, CMA, Chartered or AAT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Age Limit: Preferably less than 25 years
