The Job

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support customer experience efforts, including the CSR and ESG initiatives of the company, by coordinating projects, analyzing customer feedback and surveys, and evaluating customer outreach efforts.

This role involves collaborating with teams to enhance service quality and track project progress. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the customer experience function and CSR within a collaborative environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field from a recognized university
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and converse effectively with customers
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of both Sinhala and English Languages
