Junior Executive – Risk and Control
Key Responsibilities
- Work as an effective team member to perform and complete assigned tasks related to risk assessments and the
review of internal controls. - Conduct risk assessments at Head Office and branch locations as required and submit finalized reports to
management for review. - Identify key risks, communicate assessment findings across the organization, and assist in developing
appropriate risk mitigation strategies. - Examine, identify, and report weaknesses in internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Insurance, or Risk Management from a
recognized university. - Prior experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of systems, internal controls, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and energetic, with a positive attitude.
- A strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
