JOB PROFILE
- Lead Innovation Strategy: Drive the exploration and integration of state-of-the-art technologies, specifically
Generative AI (LLMs, Agentic Workflows), Hyper-Automation, and Blockchain/DLT. - Execute the R&D Roadmap: Define and spearhead a transformative roadmap that aligns emerging tech with the bank’s strategic business objectives.
- Drive Business Impact: Deliver high-impact projects that tangibly enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital product offerings.
- Build Top Talent: Recruit and mentor an exceptional research team, cultivating a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and excellence.
- Governance & Collaboration: Partner with IT, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to govern the innovation lifecycle while ensuring strict adherence to banking regulatory and compliance standards.
APPLICANT’S PROFILE
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) from a recognized university is highly preferred.
Experience
- 20+ Years Total Experience: A robust background in R&D, Technology, or Software Engineering.
- 10+ Years Leadership: Senior-level experience within Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Enterprise Architecture.
Technical Expertise
- Emerging Tech: Proven track record in adopting Generative AI (LLMs, Agents), Blockchain, and Cloud solutions.
- Automation: Deep understanding of Hyper-Automation, Autonomous Al systems, and modern digital transformation stacks.
Leadership Competencies
- Strategic Visionary: Exceptional ability to assess market trends, strategize, and implement advanced technology solutions.
- Executive Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical insights into strategic recommendations for the senior management.
