Branch Manager Job Vacancies in Colombo
The individual should
- Be a dynamic team player with excellent leadership skills to drive the team towards achieving branch objectives.
- Ensure a high-quality lending portfolio is maintained and sustained
- Be accountable and responsible for achieving all KPIs assigned to the branch.
- Act as the catalyst of the branch, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained and sustained.
Education & Experience
- G.C.E (A/L) Examination with 3-5 years’ experience in Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager capacity in the Banking & Finance Industry, or
- G.C.E (O/L) Examination with 4-6 years’ experience in Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager capacity in the Banking & Finance Industry.
- Degree or partial qualification in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Positive attitude and pleasing personality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Age
- Below 45 years.
