SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER/BRANCH MANAGER GENERAL INSURANCE

We are looking for young, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated team player who is willing to pursue a career in insurance. Here’s your opportunity to join the winning team and achieve greater heights in your profession.

Key Job Role & Responsibilities:

Ensuring the branch achieves the agreed/allocated sales targets in a timely manner
Assisting and direct sales staff by conducting sales meetings, visiting prospective clients with sales staff ✓Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
Monitors customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited ✓ Ensuring the branch maintains the required number and quality of manpower by recruiting and arranging training
Communicating the Company’s strategy, policies and rules to staff and ensure that these are effectively implemented
Ensuring all Company policies and procedures are adhered by subordinate staff

Profile:

Oversee all administrative functions including attendance, staff movements, petty cash, daily banking, outstanding debtor balances of the branch, cleanliness, security etc

Degree/diploma or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing, or Insurance will be advantageous Minimum of three (03) years’ experience in a managerial capacity in the field of Insurance or in the field of sales
Sound knowledge of General Insurance products, regulations and market trends
Result-oriented and committed to achieving the allocated sales target on time ✓ Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferably age below 45 years
