Who We’re Looking For

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to Build and Maintain Customer Relationships.
• Target oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
• Relevant professional or academic qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking, or a related field preferred.

Key Responsibities

• Promote Fixed Deposit (FD) and savings products.
• Acquire new customers and manage existing portfolio.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of documentation while ensuring timely processing of payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets in line with company goals.
