What you need to do
- Analyze delivery data, outlet volumes, and route schedules to optimize transport operations, vehicle utilization, and customer
service levels. - Monitor TMS performance, plan vehicle capacity requirements, and implement cost-effective route optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce fuel costs.
- Manage relationships with TRP suppliers and customers, monitor service levels, and resolve operational issues and disputes in line with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with SL regulations, HSE policies, internal audits, and the timely renewal of all transport-related licenses and approvals.
- Train and monitor drivers and helpers on company policies, safety requirements,and driving practices, using GPS data to improve performance and address non-compliance.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and manage daily transport operations.
- Strong IT skills, including hands-on experience with TMS and related transport systems.
- Strong decision-making, task delegation, and time management skills to ensure efficient operational performance.
