Act as the main point of contact for patients, providing guidance, answering questions about treatment plans, and communicating effectively with doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff

Essential Requirements

• Age above 25 years.
• Willingness to work on a roster basis.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala (proficiency in Tamil will be a distinct advantage).
• A team player with a dynamic personality and positive attitude.
• Clear voice, courteous manner, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Pleasant personality with excellent listening skills.
• Willingness to work long hours.
