ASSISTANT MANAGER GOLD LOAN
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal gold loan audits as per the audit plan.
- Ability to review gold loan processes, recommend policy improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement audit policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct special assignments, investigations, and due diligence.
- Review new products, processes, and internal communications for compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and branch staff and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, any other suitable Academic qualification, or/and any related professional courses)
- At least 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in gold loans within a reputed audit firm, finance company, or bank.
- Hands-on experience in gold loan audits is a must.
- Willingness and ability to travel branches for audit assignments.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting, finance principles, and regulatory requirements.
