POST OF ASSISTANT MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCES
Job Scope :
Under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, Assistant Manager- Human Resources is responsible to play a key role in driving HR operations and supporting strategic initiatives while ensuring a high-performing and employee-focused work environment in safety-critical 24/7 airport function, labour law & aviation standards compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Drive performance management systems and KPI implementation
- Manage training, learning, and talent development initiatives
- Administer company cadre, compensation, benefits, and other HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, applicable government regulations, Civil Aviation regulatory standards and internal policies
- Review and recommend for Development/continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee exit processes
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and Generate HR dashboards
- Provide HR insights and reports to support decision-making
- Promote employee engagement and workplace wellbeing, Build team capability.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Human Resources or an Authorized officer as and when required
