National Savings Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to effectively drive the Bank’s human capital to realize its business goals, organizational performance and stability.
The Person
The ideal candidate should possess;
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized by the UGC and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a university recognized by the UGC
OR - An Attorney-at -Law or Professional Qualification in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a university recognized by the UGC
AND - Fellow or Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
- Twelve (12) years of experience in Human Resource Management ata reputed organization, out of which five (05) years should be at a senior management level.
- Should be a Sri Lankan Citizen
